TELKOM DOES IT AGAIN!!!! FRUSTRATED

So, after applying for services from Telkom for the 3rd time since October 2014!!!! I called them today asking when I can expect the technician to come and install? They consultant by the name of Bernice took down my details, placed me on hold for 5mins and came back saying there is no such order. I gave her my order number, ID number and everything that was on the sms i received. She just cannot get my details. She then puts me on hold, this time for a full 15mins. And the call drops!!!!! *** is wrong with Telkom? I really wish there was an alterntative other than Telkom I would reccommend them to anyone. I just need them right now because there are no other services.... but damn ***** THEM
