Telkom does it again , cant fix their in 10 months

After posting on Hello Peter twice and hours of sitting on a telephone 10 months of patiently waiting for a miracle, rebooting endlessly, Telkom still hasn't fixed my internet, the longest I have had continual internet is a couple of days, I have been embarrassed by having to cut my internet radio show at least a dozen times due to their incompetence. I would be very rich if their promises were R1 coins, Its difficult to believe such a rich and massive company cannot supply a basic service , I have heard so many excuses , all they worry about is clearing the \problem"so they can say its resolved"
