Telkom does it again

Telkom does not deserve a single star - incompetence at its best. Technician refer to instructions received from the "back office" - well, you people in the "back office", you embarrass the technicians by giving them such poor instructions and information. Twice in one week have they come to my home not having a clue of what the problem actually is. This wasteful incompetence is hard to believe ,yet sadly it is true.
