Telkom does it again!!!!!

A debit order was returned on the 23rd and telkom decided to run another debit order without my consent with the hope of getting money I guess.... It is bad enough that I incur R146 charge from my bank for an u paid debit order, you deciding to run another neado debit order without my consent makes no sense.... Over and above this my bill for November is sitting at R471. 70 whereas my monthly subscription is R269. Can someone please explain this additional R202.70, I need a breakdown of this addition amount...

So I need 2 things, 1. An explanation of why you would run another debit order without my consent and 2. A breakdown on how my bill went from R269 to R471. 70....
