Telkom does it again
Ordered services and product from Telkom. Delivery WITHIN 7 working days was promised. Only after the seven working days did they phone to arrange delivery of goods. Courier did not arrive then nor the next day. Their helpline 10210 is unable to assist. Twitter elicits a response we \assure you someone will get back to you"and are then ignored. Telkom system is such that I am unable to speak to someone who can assist and still do not have the ordered products. Service relate to tel no. ***."""
