Telkom - Does complaining even help??

Unfortunately can't give less than one star!!! App**** for Fibre on 21 April 2021. My area is covered, all good to go. Technician comes out and apparently the connection point is too far from where I stay so have to re-schedule. Follow up again (probable for the 5th time) 19 May 2021 and my order is cancelled. "We can't supply the services ....but would you like something else? @#$%$# Order ***A
