Telkom docent care about there customers at all

New client to them but long story short its been over 21 days and when technicians come out to do installation they don't phone in advance as its suppose to happen to let you know they are cumming 'x' day and time also there call in service center cant help you with much info and always has to escalate the issue to a manager or higher powered member who never gets back to you at all. i had one tech come out to me who was more helpful then the first one nice older gentleman his been in contact with me but cant do much as his superiors have the booking out order even if he ask them to book it to him they don't........ The customer means nothing to them at all as it seams like what happened to customer service fast and reliable
