Telkom do you play with other people business?

My experience was never been bad but I see the signal of be in venture of bad company now. Since the return of lockdown I was been phoning telkom the pick up my call in the whole entire month. Bad answer is they said we said we requested them to close ur line but which way since close of line you need a letter from the company and details. And why must we close our line since our account its update. Now we don't run business keep phone them and they don't pick up.

Why must we pay for the service which we don't use?
