Telkom do the right thing

I have a break in last year November and had a contract with the supplier and was paying less than what I am now being charge and no one has bothered to call me about the payment that were than by the ********* who took my router with the sim card and didn't know that it can transfer airtime send sms which was not explained to me the only thing I knew was I will get a 1gig per month which cost me R99. 00 I have a case number and tired of Telkom not to understand the side of my story when I call their call centre and why they didn't bother to call me when they see that I was exceeding the limit I don't have the money they are asking for and the case is still with the police hope they can get the guy who was making calls and sending money to friends so that they can pay Telkom and as for me will move on with my life but willing to continue with the money that I agreed on but wont be able to survive if you keep deducting so much money in my account just because I gave my account doesn't mean you can do what ever you like with my account without consulting me.
