Telkom Do not want Business

I currently look after our entire groups Telkom Orders/Cancellations and General fault reporting. In Decemeber I sent a request through for 2 x ADSL lines for one of our divisions. There was a response from [Email Removed] that said the account was a business account and forwarded the request to [Email Removed] No reply till now. I call 10217 , they say i must contact corporate. Corporate tell me i must call business. Clearly you do not want our business. This weekend i have started the process to start porting our numbers, including the 12 PRI's we have. This is getting beyond a joke now.
