Telkom do not refund, constant excuses

I cancelled my line with Telkom a year ago, but they never activated the cancellation on their side. I had to call numerous times to finally get that sorted halfway through this year. Then once the line was cancelled they had to refund me for all the extra debit orders that went off. I am still waiting for a repayment, i have to phone every month to follow up and I'm told i will be phoned back...well to this day NO-ONE has phoned me back. This is getting ridiculous. It's really not great service for such a huge, established company. I'm truly shocked at their slow, terrible service.
