Telkom do not know whats going on

<p>I have received an email from Telkom saying that an amount is due on my account, however the letters that they send me in the post reflect that my account is in credit?? Do you guys not know whats going on there??? I also tried to c ancel my data package on another line, what a nightmare!!! Its been 2 months now and Telkom refuse to cancel my internet line!!! What the hell is going on with you guys??? Neotel are much more relaible and cheaper!!!!!</p>
