please note that I have come to point were I think Telkom do not want to contact me or correspond

MY ACCOUNT ARE SUSPENDE DUE TO LACK TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME

I received the rooter close to 9 month of struggling ,my account is not fixed yet ,waiting for any feedback from Telkom

I do not what I still must do, calling do not help and the Telkom shops cannot assist as well please it is close to a Year that I still got any satisfaction from Telkom

please Telkom contact me or correspond urgently to me
