Telkom do not comply to Consumer Protection Act

After Telkom phoned me re upgrading my cellphone contract, I asked that a copy of the new contract be emailed to me. Despite a further request for a copy they failed to oblige. This failure to comply is a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act that requires that all contracts be in writing.
