Telkom - Do Not Care & Useless - ADSL & Land line Down now 6 Days

Reported ADSL & Home telephone (Both Dead) last week Wednesday morning before 07h30.

Phoned everyday (10210), even up to this morning,- NO JOY OR SOLUTION ONLY EXCUSES i.e CABLE ******. Cannot do anything about it have to wait for Technicians to WAKE UP and do their job So we as long standing Telkom customer have to suffer (No service, No Internet & No home line) 6 DAYS LATER##$$%t% BTW Telkom brags about a 72 hour turn around , This is a Joke, as 6 days later still not resolved - Pathetic
