TELKOM DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS CLIENTS

I have 3 business lines with you, and for the past month your service has been DISGUSTING. You do know that you no longer have the monopoly right!? your customers can go elsewhere!!!! We have reported repeatedly that our phone lines are not working, they either just ring or one of our lines is crossed with another company. We have reported the matter 15 times, 15, I am not exaggerating! Each time, our fault is logged as resolved by the technician, but the lines still do not work. And when we contact the call centre, we have to start all over again, and have the call centre agent argue with us because the system says its resolved! What is wrong with you!?
