Telkom - do not advertise deals that you cannot deliver

<p>I have placed an order at the Mall of the South branch three weeks for the Samsung s7 edge gold and each time i go there they say there's no stock. I try calling the store and th phone just rings. I went there today and the lady cant even advise when Telkoms warehouse will be delivering stock. To make matters worse when i asked the lady for the stores telephone number, thinking i had the wrong number cos each time i tried calling the phine just rings, she tells me they don't take any calls. </p> <p> </p> <p>Your sales call centre number just rings. Your service is just pathetic and very poor!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>At least let your stores know when stock will be arriving so they can have the decency of calling customers to advise when they can be receiving their order!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> I suggest someone gets back to me to let me know when i can accept my order.</p>
