Cause would a consultant drop my call after asking to wait more than 30min onhold cause his system is slow - and all I am asking for if for him to pull my statement and tell me why I am still showing as owing when I have paid for my account. Telkom do better- your deals are great, a little respect and accuracy with customers would be great also.
