Telkom Dissatisfied 'lifelong' customer

I guess people weren't lying when they said Telkom contracts are lifelong and never to opt for Debit Order.

I've had 2 cancellation requests unilaterally 'resolved' the last being after a 3 week period of not having ADSL service (I've now gotten full bill which I have disputed and wait to see if anything happens - I'm not willing to pay full amount. This is not to mention the dropped service on most days)

Highlight of dealing with Willem (Sales) to get fibre preorder as my area was shortlived as again, fiber preorder was unilaterally cancelled (he didn't even know about it) - in comparison I contacted a competitor ISP on friday, have had my installation and router on the way.
