TELKOM DISSAPPOINTS EVERYTIME!

Question:Why do you even bother having a call center?

We have been on the phone for the last 28 min. Four times the ***********, unhelpful operator hung up the phone.... I am speechless and disgusted at the lack of customer service Telkom is providing. Why is an operator incapable of resolving a straight forward issue of connecting a service that was wrongly canceled by Telkom in the first place? No connectivity at all, no adsl line after I requested online to keep the data line open as we are moving over to another SP.

No follow up call from the operator to try and resolve the issue in case the call was dropped... no Telkom does not have a grain of decency when it comes to providing a service. The service Telkom is providing through their call center is not a service at all, it is a frustration!! A slap in the face of any paying customer. Disappointing, repulsive and completely substandard service. Telkom, thanks for wasting another day of my life.
