Telkom disrespect after demise

Shockingly poor service - I wanted to report death of my parents in order to terminate service. When E-mailing the indicated mail on their website the response is: The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <***> This is disrespectful and unacceptable. They also do not call back. Consumers should consider avoiding this company. Poor service.
