Telkom disregard for customers and CPA

I went into Mall of Africa Telkom store to take out a phone contract and looked at two "dummy Phones" I asked the sales consultant about the features A50 and A30, was told its exactly the same besides the camera. I opted for the A30s as the camera was the only issue. I saw a live A50 and the display looked fine. When I got home the phone was not the same. The screen was dull and I cannot play HD videos. Not what I was told. I returned it the next day and was refused . It was escalated and still just a plain NO WE CANT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. TERRIBLE POOR SERVICE. Im a new customer and was hoping to stay with Telkom. Now they will never get any business of mine as they think they too big for little customers!!!. The fact is they take back online orders but not instore, how pathetic is that and double standard!
