Telkom dispute left unanswered

Back in Sept I changed from a DSL Telkom line to an LTE Telkom Mobile wireless. Little did I know the two were basically independent. <br> <br> So for three months after cancelling my DSL line I was still being billed R400 per month. Eventually was told told it had been an error on their side and the money would be credited. Thinking it would then be credited against my LTE bill for the next month I was wront, as I was then charged by Telkom mobile for my LTE line. <br> <br> So basically I have a Telkom credit note of R1200 to my name but no account to use it for. So I requested that the amount be transferred to my bank account. 6 week has passed since I put in the dispute and was told the claim was valid and I have had no feedback. <br> <br> And to add to the mystery, I am out the country indefinitely, was unable to cancel my LTE contract and still have R1200 credit in my DSL line. <br> <br> TELKOM pay back the money! <br> <br> Dispute number: ***1
