unprofessional agents at Telkom my account was deducted R990 and my installment is R159 for a pocket route , the statement that i received for the month of September is R2800 for a pocket route of R159 a month numerous calls to the call centre but no assistance and no body can explain why the bill is this high i have requested for management to give a call back for the last 3 weeks but no one has called to explain the situation or given a call back i can not pay for something that i dont know anything about matter to be escalated immediately i am wasting airtime daily calling the call centre every single day
