Telkom dishonest ****

3 months ago, Telkom forcefully migrated me to LTE from ADSL. An Openserve technician came to deliver the router and sim card. The technician said something was wrong with the router, he went out to his car and disappeared with the sim card and router. Up until now, my sim card has been active and is being used by someone. Its been 3 months with no resolution from Telkom. Every case I open, gets closed with no response from them. This is ****. Then they have a nerve to still charge me for a service I did not recieve. Keep in mind, I did not sign for the migration or delivery of router and sim card. Can someone please advise on what to do with this useless company? Telkom and Openserve sort yourselves out or dont charge me. Dishonest companies. To anyone reading this, stay far away from these *******.
