Telkom dishonest and unreliable

I'm very unhappy and disappointed by Telkom, they are ************* and dishonest.

I paid my account cash then they debited my account with the same amount 6 days after my payment. I lodged a complaint with them then they requested that I send them my bank statement which I did and they advised that they will refund me within 72 hours or 10 working days. I decided to do a follow up before the 10 working days is reached just to make sure that all is in order and I spoke to Nomathemba and she confirmed that my refund will be done and available on the 23rd of Jan. Today on the 23rd I have not received my money, I called the call center again and spoke to Nomzamo and she refused to put me through to the billing department and both ladies refused to give me a reference number for my calls. What kind of mickey mouse business are they running if they can't provide reference numbers to their customers so that we can trace a query.

No one can tell me what is going on and they now pointing fingers at each other, no one is willing to take responsibility.

I'm actually disgusted by telkom, because I needed to use the money for something else. It's strange that it takes them more then a month to do a refund.
