Telkom disgustring, appalling service.

disgusting and appalling service. all i wanted was my adsl lines cancelled as fibre was installed. they cancelled my landline too, now to get it reinstated has taken over a month, over 10 calls and each call no less than 30 minutes. the incompetence of being shoved from one person to the next because no one knows where adam left the apple and who needs to push which button on which computer to make the issue happily disappear and give me my landline back is astonishing. no one know what is going there or how to do their jobs. next step? who knows! hence Telkom cutting so many jobs cause hardly any competent people are working.
