TELKOM - DISGUSTING SERVICE

My husband has a contract with Telkom and was due for an upgrade on the 1st of March. 2023 we received a call from Telkom regarding this upgrade the lady proceeded with everything till to date today is the 29 March 2023 we haven't received any device or any other information. Your service is absolutely pathetic - the customer service we receive is even worst. 29 days later Telkom tells me there no stock of any devices we requested???? Is the kind of business / service you offer to customers? Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!
