Telkom disgusting service

Good day

Took a data contract with Telkom in December 2019 for 60 gigs 30 day and 30 nite however since January 2020 only been receiving 40 gigs when I contacted Telkom on the 09/02/2020 to advise what I happening was told I have used 20 gigs in 3 days up already they have logged a complaint with case no. ***6 till to date no response received can this query be resolved as urgent as my debit orders are being deducted,
