Telkom disgusting service

I have had multiple issues with the Telkom network. My account is up-to-date yet they keep blocking my network saying payment not made. I have contacted the call center helpline multiple times and have not received any assistance at all. All my payments were made, and have been a loyal customer for many years, they have still not sent a Debi check through to my phone in order to rectify the issue that is on their side as I have done my part. I am honestly fed up with their service and delivery. No help received at all, and being a loyal customer for so many years is honestly so disappointing. I have never had issues with any other network providers and this is the first I am having such issues. Telkom needs to get their act together because this is unacceptable
