Telkom Disgusting Service

Disgusting service. Bought some data on their website. Was not issued the data. Attempted to get support. Was told that i would be called back. Never happened for weeks. Then when i was eventually called back was told the matter would be escalated and that i would be called back. Never happened. Then filled in a survey form. I got emailed. Eventually!! Was dealing with two consultants. Been weeks now and still no progress. ********!
