Telkom disgusting service

My phone has been putten off for 3 days now after upgrading 2 weeks ago in promenade mall Mitchell's plain Telkom keep in mind it was a early upgrade and was told I'll be billed agen end of the month as my debit already went off for the month of Nov I have been calling In probably 4 times a day to get this resolved 3 agents confirmed with me the mistake on thr side cases was placed but yet both lines was suspended I was also now told my credit limit was over after upgrade and I must pay in 300rnd but my 2 lines come to 970 not over 1000 ive been with them for years and to wake up to this disgusting service please reconsider taking out lines with them nightmare to get help
