Telkom disgusting service

You guys have the most disappointing service. I would advice people to do more research or just choose another network. I'm being charged a rejection fee of R200 because I was a bit late with payment that wad payed in full now the new month i get rejection fee. I called the bank and they said they do not charge that big amount for a failed debit. I can't get in contact with them and when you do they have the biggest delays.

I'll be reposting on every social network. They never get back to.
