Telkom disgusting service

Purchased a Telkom LTE uncapped package. The speed should be 10mbs before the throttle kicks in but I am constantly sitting with speeds that vary from 1 minute to the next, anywhere from 8mbs to 0.4mbs. This is not what I paid for. Tried to phone for assistance and even went back to the store were this was purchased from. I was treated a piece of garbage.
