Telkom disgusting service

I had a 24 months 3g contract with telkom account number ********** 47 i have submitted a cancellation letter called numerous times to also cancel however the damn telkom still keeps debiting my account. today my last call i called ********** and spoke to Alicia Zulu on the 04.06.2019 she confirmed that my contract was cancelled 3 months ago yet telkom keeps debiting my account. today i was given ********** to sort my issue out. i mean really?
