Telkom Disgusting Service

Telkom service is disgusting.

10210 the billing department do not no what they are doing. My debit order date has changed and they have no explanation for me. Ask them questions they have no answer.

Was promised that the team leader will call back after being 45 min on the phone trying to sort this out. Never called back.

Terrible and disgusting service........... And reference number given.
