telkom disgusting service

Telkom service has drop to 0%. We have old people in the house and land line is essential. i have reported fault many time on the internet and no feed back. final i reported it by calling in 07/05/18 ref ********** 5 still no feed back. We already had brake ins. On 12/05/2018 neighbours tried calling us as they were only 2 elderly females seeing their copper pipes being ****** by the time they got to us all pipes where gone. Today 19/05/2018 our pipe copper from the greaser. We still do not have a phone. This problem made me canceled our dsl line.

From what i gathered they are not interested, replacing the line or repairing lines. Our company it took them 6 months to come and sort the fault. And still the pole broken un attended.
