Telkom disgusting service
You can never call telkom and get your call answered in as little as 5 minutes, I've been on the line now for 13min;20sec and haven't received and help. I had the same prob on Friday and Saturday after all those minutes holding my call was put down. You'll need to manage this and there is no way all consultants could be busy for 15min;10 sec now. Your service is ridiculous
