TELKOM DISGUSTING SERVICE

Telkom your service is beyond a disgrace! When you want to up sell to an existing client then you will give all the help you need. As soon as the sale has been made you are no longer of importance & your service becomes non-existent. I have been trying to get help for various issues since last year. I must have spoken to over 30 consultants in this time, not to mention the many hours that I have spent trying to sort this out & the many visits to your Rosebank branch. I am still in the same position as I was last year. All that happens is that your clients get pushed from pillar to post. Supervisors & managers are NEVER available & of course never get back to you if you leave a message. I have been a telkom client for over 20 years. Refrain from dealing with Telkom. I can assure you, you will regret it
