TELKOM DISGUSTING SERVICE

I’m honestly shocked by this customer service , it seems as if they are just employing people without the necessary skills because I’ve spoken to two TL and two agents and not once was my query resolved they have no way of speaking to me one TL said she will get back to me the same day it’s been two days later and I had to call in again only for my call not to be resolved again!!! I’m canceling my subscription and finding another network this is totally unexceptable
