Telkom Disgusting Network and ******* of data

I am extremely annoyed and disgusted with Telkom I have kept quiet for long. . I want explanation and I want my money back .. I might as well leave this Micky mouse network, today at 13:30pm I bought 4gigs which usually last me for 3 weeks but today the unthinkable has happened the data of 4gigs no downloads got depleted at 6pm what the hell this is beyond day light *******... My number is *** ... I want answers and mostly I want my money back ...
