Telkom Disgusting Behavior

I'm so disgusted by telkom and the way they have treating me. I have two different case numbers and I have still not received my paid up letter yet the turnaround time has passed when I call centre I'm given the run around and all your agents are singing different stories. This is disgusted and I hope no one thinks of taking a contract with you
