Telkom = Disgusting

Years ago I got myself a wifi deal with Telkom. I was situated in Pretoria. The contract was for 2 years with them. Within those 2 years I relocated to the Western Cape. When I got settled in at my new home my Telkom Wifi did not work. I called numerous times for assistance and finally someone told me from Telkom that Telkom has no coverage in the area where I am. I asked them then to cancel my contract as they cannot give me a service and they said I will have to pay the full outstanding amount for the x amount of months left for the 2 years contract. I refused to do so as I feel I am not the one at fault here, Telkom cannot provide me with their services because I relocated. Telkom then handed me over to attorneys who has been calling me non stop for almost 2 years now, harassing me to pay a service I never received. I then sent an email to the attorneys and told them they must tell Telkom that I will pay it in full only if Telkom gives me the +-50 GB of data that was never used by me, as I will not just give Telkom my money for nothing.

The attorneys got back to me an said Telkom refuses to do so and insists I pay them what I owe them. I don't want Telkom calling me, I want everything done in writing.
