TELKOM - DISGUSTED IN THEIR SERVICE

Serious Lack of customer service !! Unsuccessfully trying for over a 1 and a half to get them to correct a " data capture" mistake on their side putting an account of mine in the name of someone else but keeping all the rest of the details including my cell number , email address, and Id Number and banking details ,

Providing emails , Proof of Id & Residence , Affidavit and spending hours in the Store at Pavilion getting reference numbers promising its all sorted out nothing has been done ,

Yet i am getting calls on my cell and emails from TELKOM offering to upgrade and renew my account with them .. DISGUSTED
