TELKOM - DISGUSTED

To my absolute horror and pride my credit rating as excellent, as notified by debt collectors that Telkom had handed me over. Last year at lockdown my internet did not work. After many days of calling and emails, a consultant came through. He looked at my internet box and said he would be back. We never saw him again. I spent a fortune on calls and MTN internet usage as I work from home. I cancelled the service and they still have the cheek to bill me. What is worse they provided a zero service and expected payment. ETHICS and VALUES are to be looked at here!
