Telkom disgruntled

I am Mrs R Naidoo.. On the 10 of September 2020 telkom installed adsl and till today 7th october I still don't have internet connection... From day one I been contacting different dept. From sales to technical support... No help yet... So fed up.. I am not prepared to pay.. Pls help to get telkom to pick up their modem.... ***
