Telkom disgraceful service

Shocking *********** service! For years, we had been paying for a service which we were not receiving from Tellkom. As a result we cancelled our Telkom account over 2 years ago. Telkom sent automated responses and never contacted us nor did they send a final invoice! With no further communication from Telkom and more than a year later I received an sms from Patterson & Pandaram Attorneys (acting on behalf of Telkom) demanding a response within 24hrs about an outstanding amount of R582.15! We have in the past sent numerous emails regarding this dispute to Telkom and their lawyers Patterson & Pandaram Attorneys, who mostly did not have the decency to respond.
