Telkom disgraceful service

As I just complimented Vodacom of great cust service intelligent staff and immediate attention and problem solving... I have to criticise... is that even a word to describe Telkom service and staff. Don't give a stuff. Empty promises. Have been trying to cancel a adsl line since Aug 2017. Not one person who I spoke to had the same answer...... I gave up and eventually decided to be the witch. Why do we have to go there Telkom. Poor little girl on the other side having to deal with my anger and frustration
