Telkom disgraceful badgering clients and disregard of clients requests.

Telkom calls me almost ever week pestering me to upgrade my contract. I have requested at least 5, probably closer to 10 times for them to stop badgering me but they continue to do so. I ask to talk to a manager and the call center staff just hang up, I tell them im recording the conversation, and the staff hang up. This is absolutely disgusting from Telkom. cant wait for POPI to come into effect so i can report them so they can get the R10 mil fine.
