Telkom Disgraceful

Why do you guys say that I have insufficient funds when I have enough money to buy data? Why do you guys like to make my life difficult? I don't understand! Sort your stuff out!!!! I really don't like Telkom anymore. When I do a *188# to check my balance there is enough money, when I want to purchase data it tells me that I have insufficient funds. Really Now!!!
